Firefox having gameplay but no laserdisc background?
One question about Firefox, I get "no" video but the game still plays with Dexter, meaning, no laserdisc image but regular gameplay is there, do I have to adjust the little white knob per the rainbow color issue or is there something else amiss?

Firefox will "play" with a black background even if there is no laserdisc player at all, so it's hard to say exactly what's working and what isn't. I guess that means starting with the basics:
- Is Dexter's "Pulse" light flashing?
- Is Dexter set to VP-931 mode?
- Are all connections to the game solid?
The trimmer cap you mentioned only helps when you have recognizable video on the screen, but the colors are scrambled. Definitey do NOT adjust it before you get video, or it may be harder to adjust later.
Let us know what happens.
