I downloaded the .net framework and installed it and I still get the pop up saying that it needs that. Is there another framefile utility that works or a source for framefiles? The ones that Daphne loader gets only work on some games for some reason.

Are you using dot net 1, 1.1, or 2.0?
Which version of Windows are you using?

I've added a link to a .zip of the same thing so that you can bypass the installer. The installer probably wants v1.1 of the .NET framework.
