Well I installed the new Beta and it worked pretty well. I wanted to rip my 20 aniversery DL2 disc. and it did a good job. The first time i tried it hung like forever. A quick reboot and it went smooth. I also downloaded the new Beta of Daphne and it has worked very well too. I'm like 4 hours into it but it seems to really work well. I give it two thumbs up so far. Will report any problems I have in the future.

DVD2DAPH 4.0 Beta.

WOW! The Picture and Sound Quality is Great!

But, Holy, 3.73 Gigs!

It takes up a grip of space on my HD.

Dragon's Lair only takes up 1.93 Gigs.

Space Ace only takes up 1.8 Gigs.

Why the differnce?

The Timing seems to be right on.
But some Death Scenes do seem to play a bit too far into the next scene.

Needless to say, GREAT JOB! Guys. Keep up the Great Work you guys do.

Tony, anything over 2GB is definitely a bug. Please try to see if you notice any anomolies in the conversion process and report this in Vera's thread.
