Hi ppl.

Finally got a working mpeg of GPworld on Daphne..it works fine, 100% playable, buuuuuuuut after the intro I can't hear any kind of sound (ie: accelleration, brake, steering and so on...)..it stops exactly when you have to select the circuit lap (1,2,3)...any idea ?

It seems a kind of bug when you exchange from Low to High engine (I mean Forward 1X (muted)

I may hear some at the beginning but it stops suddenly....

PS: m2v and ogg are ok (ogg contains voices, engines, samples and so on) and framefile seeks at 4666

sound isn't implemented yet in gpworld. You can only hear the laserdisc audio.

It most likely has a discrete audio generator like astron belt and galaxy ranger. Without schematics or samples it's not going to have the game generated sounds any time soon.

yes, thought so...

anyway I try to handle the gpw driver this weekend and discover something about audio generator...

maybe next cvs .17 works :)
