I have DL and SA on CD-i discs, as far as i can remember these played a little better that some of the earlier DigitalImage AVI versions. can that be true? As you know loads on this subject , could you try and explain where RTF digital video format (not good old rich text) fits in with the MPEG standard. The movies used to be MPEG1 (green book) before they adopted the VideoCD standard. can i do anything with these discs to get them working in the upcoming Daphne release? or do i put them in the bin? i'm having trouble finding a dealer in the UK who sells the DVD-ROM verson, any suggestions?
hope you can spare the time to reply, hope my questions aint too silly.
TIA
regards,
GaRy:eek:?

The CD-i version was made for the Philips CD-i game system. I've never actually scene one in action, but from what I've heard, it used mpeg1.

Hello

If you're serious about binning you're CD-I's, I would like to purchase them, especially Space Ace. Have you tried PC World, they stock Digital Leisure products, my local store still has the Dragon's Lair DVD-ROM.
