Please help with Dragons Lair and the lava people

Can anyone help get out of the scene where the lava people jump you? Someone mentioned using sword and then up, but that doesn't work for me. Any pointers would be appreciated. Oh and I'm using the enhance 2.0 version.

For the original arcade roms, the moves can be found here:

For changes made to the Enhanced roms, read the readme included with them.

Thx for the reply. The DLE2.0 readme just says:
"Mudmen : The second, fourth, and seventh moves have been changed to correctly match Dirk's actions."

Hahaha, whatever that means. Any idea what exactly has changed? Sword, then up,up,up,up,up,up as the guide suggests doesn't work.

it also says:

"The readme files for all past Enhancement ROM work have revealed all new moves"

Reading is your friend.

I don't know the moves offhand, so you'll have to look them up

Look in the readme for DLE 1.1 for the answers. Second move for the mudmen is left.
