 Post subject: Dragon's Lair, what to do first??

OK,
I have a very nice original Dragon's Lair cabinet that is complete except for the Laserdisc player, I have a disc, and have bought the HighTech board so I can use a newer LD player. BUT!! I am fed up with trying to find a good working LD player, I've spent almost $300+ on 3 junk players.
So my next course of action is Daphne, I just need to know where to start? I have the mpegs, and few computers lying around, SO whats first??
