Bruno! cool site look! I keep seeing this in your sig, so I thought I'd point it out...

but he's actually saying "Kimberly, come in, are you ok?" In English, when you contact someone over a radio (like Dexter is doing) you can say "come in" to let the other person know you're trying to contact them.
