No really, I love all of you that have worked on bringing life to these classic laserdisc games. I have been into emulation for a long long time, and saw Daphne long ago but never went out to buy a player and LDs to make it work. Now that it can accept MPG files I am loving it! I am stuck playing the only game I can (Dragon's Lair from the CD collection), but I will have to pick up the DVDs of DL and SA to really get the effect. I have tried out several DL ROMs, and so far I think that 1.1 is my favorite one. I do like the 2.0 version as well, although I can't play the prototype mode without a DVD. The way Daphne plays is far far better than the Digital Leisure engine, and the dedication that was put into Daphne really shows. Thanks again to all that have put in work on this project. I for one really appreciate being able to play some of these games again! |

BadKarma, thanks for your kind words. It's nice to hear that people appreciate how much work we've put into Daphne to make it authentic to the original. |
