I received long ago...
a copy of Dragon's Lair for windows.
it has a whole bunch of .mpg files.
now I'm a newbie here
how can I get Daphne emulator to run them?
(or to be pointed in the right direction would be nice)

To point you into the right direction, read the Documentation section of this website. Then you can read through the FAQ. Read through the technical support forums if need be. That should more than give you the info you'll need to use the emulator and if what you have will or will not work with it.
