Post subject:  Scoreboard parts help
I was wondering if anyone can help me with a vendor and or item # I need to order for the 16 pin connector and ribbon cable to hook up a scoreboard. I have been building myself a cabinet for a while now and would like to get a scoreboard set up, and since we live on a farm our local radioshack is useless for help. Also if anyone can help with how I could build a smaller version of the scoreboard I would love the input. I have started a half sized (childs cabinet) for our first child on the way. Figured I would bring them up right, right from the start.

I builded a FULL repro Dragon's Lair cab just about 1 year ago .
It uses a PC with Daphne (official Mpegs) inside , and it has a real ORIGINAL scoreboard , bought , as I did for the plexi , speakers and grills , from a collector who had some items to sell .

Here you can download ( DIRECTLY from Mr. Matt Ownby site !!! ) a Windows program that RESET the scoreboard when the O.S. is fully loaded ( place it in the "Auto-executable" program folder )

Sorry ... I can't help you about the place where I bought the 16pin-Symbex flat cable+connector(s) , because I'm Italian and , of course , I bought them in a local electrical parts shop :wink: !
