Seriously If one has to now buy an official fully independently playable with it's own interface DVD to what possible end Daphne even exists now? |

Seriously? Have you ever tried to play the DVD version on a DVD player using the remote control? It's not very responsive and doesn't replicate the original arcade game that Daphne does. Daphne runs the ROMS found in the arcade version, and also uses the video from the laserdisc (not the DVD). Daphne emulates the arcade version whereas playing the DVD is really a simulation and are not comparable. |

I fail to see why you would come to this forum to complain. If you do not want to use Daphne then do not use it. Feel free to play the arcade-approximate DVD experience anytime you prefer. |
