Help with purchase of DL & SA

I want to run DL & SA (via Daphne) on my arcade cabinet (has a PC in it). So which do I buy? The DVD ROM or just the DVD versions? Is there a big difference?

Also heres a little info that might make most of you cry. My friend and I originally had around 15-20 LD players that came directly out of DL & SA cabs. We threw them out when we couldnt figure out how to make them do anything useful (before the internet). My friend still has my original DL laserdisc. He also has some other game that I can not remember the title of (hanging on his wall).

for your information, buy the DVD-ROM version! The difference is the ROM version works and the other does not!
