One last question, are there differences betweek the 2 disks as far as game play, the narrators voice or scene combination, or are they exactly the same.

They both have the same content and the same # of frames, but the PAL version plays at 25 fps and the NTSC version plays at 23.976 fps, so the PAL version is slightly faster (including the audio being at a slightly higher pitch).

Matt i have a quick scenario, if i have a Pioneer LD V8000, going to samsung 27" TV and the PAL disk running the Daphne emulator, will i have any display problems playing the PAL disk since the TV and the V8000 are NTSC that is my only concern before buying the PAL Dragon's Lair Disk.

The LD-V8000 will only play NTSC discs.

To use a PAL disc, you need

1 - a PAL TV
2 - a PAL laserdisc player OR a dual standard laserdisc player. I only know of three Dual Standard laserdisc players.. the Sony LDP-3600D, the Pioneer LD-V4300 and ... some Philips model... 380 or something.. I forget the name.
