After running the dvd2daph 3.0 beta I run the game using the daphne emulator and because there are no dat files it parses the m2v video files. After the process is complete the game plays like crap. Very slow and not even close on the framefile sync for moves and game play.

What am I doing wrong???

Vera specifically asked that there be no new threads about the dvd2daph beta. In fact, you agreed to that yourself by downloading the file.

I also suggest you re-read the post, since you clearly didn't read it the first time around, and don't seem to understand that it's a Beta.
