For those of you interested in seeing Dragon's Lair 2 included in daphne AND who are willing to do some "busy work" to get this done... I've put this file together for you. Most of it is something anyone can do, it is just a lot of busy work. If people split up the task, it can be done a lot faster.

You can post about this in this thread.

Here's all the letters. Numbers and exclamations yet to be done.

Numbers too.

Don't mean to hog it all but I'm bored and can't get to sleep - this is helping. Off to bed - exclamations still up for grabs.

If no one else takes what's left, I'll finish it up tonight. Glad to help out - not much I can do on the programming side but I'm honored to be able to contribute in this manner. Can't wait for TimeWarp!

As a DL2 lover, I'd just like to say "Thanks Keith-O." And all the developers of course :)

Since we're dealing with the subject, did DL2 have text overlay? Maybe my memory is failing but I don't recall seeing it.

yes it did! It was basically a replacement for the original DL's hardware scoreboard. It displayed score, lives, and even a high score list with players' initials. At the start of each level it displayed the chapter number, and if you have the 3.19 rom, displays the optional hints throughout level 1.

You're welcome Matt. Is scoreboard support a consideration for those who are using a TV connected directly to the LDP (instead of overlay)? Just wonderin. I'll be plenty happy just to be able to play it. Thanks Daphne team for something to look forward too. You guys rock!

No, scoreboard support is only for games that actually had a scoreboard (DL, SA and TQ). DL2 never had a scoreboard.

Hello everyone. This is my first time actually responding on the message boards and first off i would like to say Congradulations to everyone that has worked so hard on this project to bring it to what it is today and sharing it with the rest of the people out there. Great work. :D

I am glad to see that the project is still moving forward. As for DL2 what else is left for it to work properly and is there anything left a Non coder can help with? It seems that all the characters are done now thanks to Keith O. Good job.

Again, everyone keep up the great work, Thanks for this great project and Best Wishes.

and you're sure it's not simply reporting stats to the server like all the other games which are fully documented on that feature?

Thats what I thought too :P

Hey guys. Thanx for all your hard work. Daphne rules!

If there is anything you think I might be of help with e-mail me, and I will be glad to contribute. Just another non coder that loves Daphne and wants to see dl2, I have already bought my copy of Digital Liesures dvd rom version in anticipation.

Thanx Again
