As I was watching the attract mode seqence, I noticed something strange at the bottom of the title screen.
LISCENSED EXCLUSIVLY TO NINTENDO
Can anyone shed some light on why Nintendo's copyright is in this version?
I stumped alot of people with this.

Sure, it's on the DVD version of the 20th Anniversary Box Set of Dragon's Lair by Digital Leisure. It isn't in DAPHNE. I watched it on my DVD player. What makes it a mystery is that Nintendo didn't have any full motion Dragon's Lair games at the time (2002). So, where did this title screen come from? No one knows at this point. You can see it on YouTube as well. I think I might have found where it came from but i'm not sure. I traced it back to the CD-i Version. Did Nintendo have ownership in that system?

Sure enough. Just checked the 20th ann. dvd version and it's there. If no one can find an answer here, I'd suggest asking the folks at Digital Leisure

Nintendo got the exclusive rights to DL2 for one reason only: To keep the game away from Sega and the SegaCD player.

So that explains it! I've often wondered why DL2 didn't come out for the Sega CD.
