error: transport endpoint is not connected

Several people have reported this error to me. If you see it, it's caused by a problem with Dexter's raspberry pi communicating with the inserted USB drive. To workaround it, just eject the USB drive and keep it near by. It is only needed for updates so you can leave it ejected for daily operation.
